Emin Agalarov, First Vice President of Crocus Group, announced his departure from the company. He stated that he intends to concentrate on his own projects.
“We talked with my father (the owner of the Crocus Group Araz Agalarov) and made a joint decision that my duties will be distributed among the leading top managers of the company,” Emin Agalarov told RIA Novosti.
When exactly the decision to leave was made, he did not specify. It is also unknown between which top managers his duties are distributed. The businessman explained his departure by the fact that he had worked in the company for 22 years, but he had many other projects.
“Currently I am engaged in my own projects: the resort town of Sea Breeze, the development of a chain of fitness clubs, as well as a chain of restaurants,” added Mr. Agalarov.
Emin Agalarov has been working in Crocus Group since 2001, since 2014 he has been the First Vice President. In the Moscow region, the company owns the Crocus Expo exhibition center, the Crocus City Hall concert hall, Vegas shopping and entertainment centers, and Tvoi Dom hypermarkets.
