The Element group of companies intends to enter the stock exchange before the end of this year, they write “Vedomosti” citing four sources familiar with the preparations for the IPO. The publication’s sources note that Element expects to receive a valuation of 100-150 billion rubles. According to Vedomosti, if the company’s expectations are met, Element’s entry into the stock exchange could become the largest for the Russian technology sector over the past few years.
Element Group of Companies was created in 2019 on the basis of the assets of AFK Sistema and Rostec (shares are not disclosed). Currently, Element is the largest manufacturer of Russian microelectronics. Element unites about 20 manufacturers and developers of microelectronics, including the Mikron plant.
