Electric car Lada e-Largus will be produced in two versions

Prototypes of Lada e-Largus electric vehicles are undergoing road and laboratory tests. It is planned to start their production at the plant in Izhevsk at the end of 2023, AvtovVAZ said. The car will be produced in a passenger version, as well as a commercial van version.
Today, December 26, a presentation of the prototype of the Lada e-Largus electric car took place in Izhevsk. He was introduced by the president of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, to the head of Udmurtia, Alexander Brechalov. It is assumed that this model “will be the most localized Russian electric car.” According to the company, the share of using components from Russian suppliers should be at least 50%.
The total load capacity of the machine is 430 kg. Top speed is 145 km/h and acceleration to 100 km/h in less than 10 seconds. Power reserve – at least 400 km with one driver and 100 kg of payload. Lithium-ion batteries are located in the engine compartment and the area where the gas tank was previously, specified in press release manufacturer. The cost is not named.
Electric car Lada e-Largus AvtoVAZ announced in August. Mr. Sokolov saidthat the electric car will cost 20-30% more than its prototype (Lada Largus). He promised that the company intends to present the first experimental batch in 2023.
