PJSC Alcohol Group Kristall (AGK; parent company KLVZ Kristall LLC) set the placement price at RUB 9.5, which corresponds to the upper limit of the price range that the company had previously determined. About it “Interfax” AGK press service reported.
The press release clarifies that as part of the IPO, the company placed 121,052,700 shares or 13.14% of the share capital. The value of the company before the investment round (pre-money) was 7.75 billion rubles, after the IPO (post-money) – 8.75 billion rubles, the press service reported.
AGK stated that as a result of the IPO the company will raise 1.15 billion rubles. (before deduction of placement expenses and with the forecast that the repurchase option will not be exercised within the stabilization period). The company said it does not plan to pay a dividend until the second half of 2025 and will use the funds raised to fund business growth. The organizer of the placement of shares was broker Finam.
The Kristall alcohol group is the beneficiary of the Kaluga distillery Kristall. The plant produces Charochka, Bionica and Voronetskaya vodka. In 2022, KLVZ produced 1.35 million dal of alcoholic beverages. At the end of 2022, the company’s revenue amounted to 2.2 billion rubles. and increased by 48.3% year-on-year, net profit – 115 million rubles. (+138%).
