Double life of Ivan Kolesnikov on NTV

On October 24, the premiere of the action-packed drama Tverskaya will take place on NTV. In the center of the plot is Major Ivan Sobolev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who leads a double life and is on both sides of the law. The main roles in the film were played by Ivan Kolesnikov, Lukerya Ilyashenko and Vitaly Kishchenko.

Major of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ivan Sobolev (Ivan Kolesnikov) arrives in Moscow and immediately finds himself under suspicion of murder: his future colleagues do not yet know that he is their new boss, namely, the head of the UGRO of the Tverskaya department. Before moving to the capital, he fought as the head of the SOBR in hot spots, but was wounded, incompatible with further service in the detachment. He was offered a good position at home, in Siberia, but Sobolev, having ulterior motives, asked to go to Moscow. The appearance of Sobolev on Tverskaya disrupts the usual life of employees. From the first minutes he provokes the rejection of his subordinates: they love Bondarev (Alexander Krasovsky), who was just predicted to be the head of the UGRO. Bondarev, although not very smart and successful, is a direct, bold and honest opera. And the chief of police, Zatsepin (Igor Filippov), generally suspects that Sobolev wants to jail him too. In a word, Sobolev’s relations with the department, with the authorities, and with the brilliant lawyer Louise (Lukerya Ilyashenko) do not add up.

“This man came from the outback to Moscow with one goal – to avenge his loved ones. But at the same time, it is here that he finds love, friends, changes in relation to people. For me, this role is something new. A guy who does not fit my appearance and is completely out of my character and inner world. The perfect antipode. But we also have a similarity – humor. Otherwise, we are completely different, ”says Ivan Kolesnikov about his hero.

Yes, and Sobolev himself, upon arrival in Moscow, begins to live a double life. On the one hand, he is a normal man, a professional, a naive provincial and an unsystematic erudite, a favorite of women, the owner of a unique scent and a detective method, can notice a detail incomprehensible to others and use it to solve a case of any complexity. But on the other hand, he “works” for businessman Neretin (Vitaly Kishchenko) and, in his free time from police work, he himself commits illegal acts. What is Sobolev hiding and why does he need to work on both sides of the law? What motivates an honest policeman and will his motives, which he pursues from the very beginning of the story, justify?

“My heroine is a cool Moscow lawyer Louise, the beloved of the protagonist and a lady with character. She is a very confident and smart woman. The audience will not immediately understand whose side she is on. The series is called “Tverskaya”, and the plot revolves around the street of the same name in Moscow. All my scenes were filmed in the center of the capital. It’s convenient, you don’t have to travel far. A very cool and inspiring team was selected on the site. Separately, I want to say thanks to the costume designers for the outfits of my heroine – they are amazing. Spectators are waiting for a fascinating and twisted plot, chases, shootouts. It seems to me that we have a great detective series,” says Lukerya Ilyashenko.
