“Donstroy”: the contractor had to obtain a permit for drilling in the BKL area

Drilling work, due to which it was necessary to urgently stop the movement of trains in the south-west of the Big Circle Line (BKL), was carried out by the contractor ANTTEQ, Kommersant was told in the press service of the developer Donstroy, which is building on the site.

“To perform construction and engineering-geological works, including drilling of wells, a general contractor agreement was concluded with ANTTEQ. Obtaining permission to carry out drilling work is the responsibility of the general contractor,” the company representatives said.

Donstroy also indicated that the company is taking part in the work of a special commission created to “find out the reasons for the situation.” The commission includes executive authorities and structural subdivisions responsible for the construction and operation of the metropolitan metro.

Today, March 13, in the morning on the BCL section from Novatorskaya station to Aminevskaya station suspended train traffic. emergency measures provoked release of water and clay in the tunnel on the stretch between Michurinsky Prospekt and Aminevskaya, over which construction is underway.

The fact that uncoordinated drilling operations led to the incident was later informed Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov. According to Mr. Liksutov, “the drilling machine drilled a hole without any approval” in the tunnel, which led to the release of clay and sand.
