Direct flights to Sochi launched from Stavropol – Kommersant

Since July 2, 2023, direct flights have been established between Stavropol and Sochi. The first aircraft of Azimuth Airlines landed at Stavropol International Airport. Aircraft of this company will regularly fly from the regional capital to Sochi airport twice a week – on Sundays and Tuesdays. He announced this in his Telegram-channel Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov.
“The launch of the new flight was discussed with the management of the airline at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this year. We continue negotiations with partners-air carriers in order to expand the network of Stavropol air communications,” wrote Mr. Vladimirov.
By information Stavropol International Airport, the first flight between the cities has already been carried out on a Sukhoi Superjet. On this flight, “88 passengers arrived from the resort capital of Russia, and 100 went on vacation.”
The announced cost of the cheapest ticket without luggage is 2240 rubles. The closest date for booking tickets to Sochi is July 18.
