Dibrov said that he had no time to watch “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” with Karaulova

Dibrov said that since 1981 he had not had a single “real day off”

TV presenter and writer Dmitry Dibrov, who left the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire program a couple of months ago, said KP.RUwhich is now immersed in projects not related to Channel One.

In an interview with the publication, when asked whether he now works more or less than before, Dibrov said: “What are you talking about, colleague ?!” And he recalled “the sayings of the great Spaniard Cervantes: the writer’s wife will never understand one thing – that the writer works, even looking out the window.”

According to Dibrov, from the moment he arrived in Moscow from Rostov-on-Don in 1981, he “did not have a single truly day off.”

The broadcaster explained, “When I talk… I also work. Or when I lie down all day and think – I understand that from the outside it looks like a terrible crime, but even then I work.

Dibrov said that in May he returned from Africa, where he was with his family and “launched new projects.” Now, in this regard, he has to study psychology. “We have to prepare for every meeting,” he explained.

Recalling his work in a previous TV project, he noted: “I don’t read any important thoughts from the prompter – otherwise how will I differ from some respected colleagues whose names no one will remember.”

When asked by a journalist if he was watching the broadcasts of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” with the new presenter, Yulia Karaulova, Dibrov said: “I just don’t have time to watch TV.”

He added: “Not only I don’t watch Yulia Karaulova, I don’t watch other programs either, I don’t have time.”
