In 2024, the share of Turkish resorts in the total volume of bookings exceeded 60%, as calculated by the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT) based on data from package tour aggregators. Over the year, the demand of Russians for summer tours to Turkey has increased by 2.5-3 times.

According to the search and sale service for tours “Sletat.ru”, among Turkish resorts, Russian tourists most often choose resorts in Alanya; this city accounts for 24% of all booked tours to Turkey. Russians also give preference to Kemer (23%), Side (18%), Belek (11%) and Antalya (5%).

“This year we are seeing a sharp increase in early bookings. Already in March, the volume of purchases of tours to Turkey for the high season – from May to October – exceeded last year by 3 times. On average, the booking depth is 50 days,” said Oleg Kozyrev, marketing director of the online tour store Travelata.ru.

According to the Russian Union of Travel Industry, the average check for a tour to Turkey, calculated on the basis of all applications, increased by 6%, to 269.8 thousand rubles. You can book a tour to Turkey for two for 7 nights with a flight in the first half of June from Moscow and accommodation in a five-star hotel on an all inclusive basis from 116 thousand rubles. The cost of a tour with similar parameters, but with a departure in the first half, starts from 113 thousand rubles.
