“Daughter” of Google filed four lawsuits against the bailiff service to remove the arrest from the accounts

Google appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with four lawsuits against one of the Moscow departments of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). The company demands to remove the arrest from the accounts and property of the Russian structure, clarifies TASS.

As follows from the file of the court, Google LLC is challenging the decisions and actions of the bailiff. TASS, citing the court, writes that the company asks to declare illegal the decision to refuse to satisfy the application to the FSSP to remove interim measures. As a third party, ANKO TV-Novosti (manages the Russia Today TV channel) was involved in one lawsuit, NTV Television Company JSC was involved in another lawsuit, and GPM Entertainment Television LLC (owned by Gazprom-Media, TNT channel) was involved in a third party. .
