In Crimea, over a thousand more movable and immovable property of Ukrainian businessmen and politicians, including Viktor Pinchuk and Andrei Senchenko, were nationalized, said Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea (RK). According to him, the Crimean parliament, through absentee voting, decided to nationalize another 1,150 movable and immovable property on the peninsula, owned by 77 legal entities and individuals.
Among them are the London Hotel, the 1001 Nights Hotel and the Marat Park Hotel in the village of Gaspra, the property of various agricultural enterprises, banks (including the State Savings Bank of Ukraine), sports and rehabilitation centers, a tennis club in Yalta, Mariupol metallurgical plant named after Ilyich, as well as a residential building and land plot of Victor Pinchuk in Beloglinka and a quarter of the share of non-residential premises of Andrei Senchenko in Yalta.
“Among the nationalized property there are many large, promising projects. For example, YuVAS-TRANS LLC includes about 120 objects of movable and immovable property in Kerch, KARAKASH AGRO LLC – 84 objects in Razdolnensky, Saki and Pervomaisky districts. I am sure that these and other complexes will be of interest to our Russian entrepreneurs, who will not stupidly pump money out of them, but will begin to invest in their development,” he wrote in his Telegram channel Vladimir Konstantinov.
