The developer City XXI Century plans to build up a site with a total area of about 10.5 hectares in the village of Aristovo in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region, two consultants who worked with him told Vedomosti. For 9.7 hectares and the right to lease a land plot of 0.8 hectares in the Krasnogorsk district, which previously belonged to RS Project, City XXI Century paid about 134.4 million rubles.
