Children of the founder of Natura Siberica received shares in its structures

Three children of the founder of Natura Siberica Andrey Trubnikov received 20% in each of the three legal entities of the group – Natura Siberica LLC, Agafia’s Tasty Foods LLC and Siberian Helicopter LLC. The deals were closed on December 30, 2022. A source close to the company Vedomosti stated that this indicates the end of the hereditary conflict that arose after the death of Mr. Trubnikov.

Shares in the structures of Natura Siberica were received by Dmitry and Ekaterina (children from Andrei Trubnikov’s first marriage), as well as Elizaveta (from his second marriage). According to SPARK-Interfax, applications were also sent to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for amendments to the constituent documents for other structures of Natura Siberica – First Solution, Planet Organic, Organic Shop Rus, Kamchatka Mama, Severnaya Kosmetika , Black Rock.

The interlocutor of Vedomosti specified that we are talking about the transfer of shares in these firms to the children of Mr. Trubnikov. He clarified that the transfer of shares became possible after the court recognized the marriage of the businessman with his third wife Anastasia as invalid. According to the publication, legally, all litigation between the heirs should be completed within a month. The official representative of the cosmetics company declined to comment on the information until the end of the inheritance process.

Natura Siberica was founded in 2008 by Andrey Trubnikov, he also developed the brands Grandmother Agafia’s Recipes and Planeta Organica. He died in January 2021, after which the company had a corporate conflict with his ex-wife Irina Trubnikova, who owns 40% of Natura Siberica. In December of the same year became knownthat the children of Anastasia Trubnikova will not be able to claim shares in the company.
