The Danish brewing company Carlsberg Group has announced plans to sell Russian assets before the end of spring. About it reported in the press office of the company.
“Remaining in office for another six months, my team and I will be able to continue implementing our complex plans for 2023 and complete the sale of the Russian business before the summer,” said the message on the resignation of CEO Kees t’Hart.
Kees t’Hart served as CEO of Carlsberg for eight years. Today, he notified the supervisory board of his decision. He will leave the post no later than the end of the third quarter of 2023. So far, no decision has been made on who will take over his position. It is expected that the successor to the post of CEO of the company will be announced in the near future.

On March 28, the brewing company announced its withdrawal from the Russian market.
