This roughly corresponds to half of life expectancy in Russia after coming of age (54.6 years out of 72.6).
Experts also expect that after a sharp increase in 2022 (by 18%, to RUB 3.95 million), the average mortgage loan amount will stabilize at around RUB 4 million. The average monthly payment may exceed 30 thousand rubles for the first time, having increased by 12.5% year-on-year.
