Businessman Kovalev named the real cost of Pugacheva’s castle

The red price of Alla Pugacheva’s mansion in the village of Gryaz is 70 million rubles, said businessman Andrei Kovalev. As he told the publication NEWS.ruhe got excited, offering the singer 150 million rubles for the castle.

“150 million… It seems that I was going to overpay 80 million, maybe it’s worth buying for 70 million,” said Andrei Kovalev.

He also said that he names the price for the mansion taking into account the area of ​​the land plot – one hectare. The entrepreneur noted that land in this part of the Moscow region is expensive. He also does not rule out that Pugacheva may return to Russia in a few years.

“She is a Russian person, she is drawn from a foreign land to her homeland. Once the special military operation ends with our victory, she will repent and return to Russia,” the businessman believes.

Let us remind you that in June Alla Pugacheva banned the sale of a castle in the village of Gryaz. The Prima Donna’s relatives stated that the castle was “tailored to their tastes and desires,” so selling it would be like selling part of their life.
