Small business complained about the sharp increase in the cadastral value of land. The business association “Opora Rossii” recorded a surge in requests from entrepreneurs, signaling a multiple increase in the official price of land.
The president of the organization Alexander Kalinin informed the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky about this (Vedomosti has his letter), in general, the executive director of Opora Andrey Shubin sent a similar appeal to the secretary of state – deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Alexei Butovetsky. The appeal cites, among other things, several extreme examples of an increase in the cadastral value. Separate land plots in Stavropol have risen in price by 417 times, in Rostov-on-Don – by 1110 times, and in St. Petersburg – up to 29,000 times.
