Brothers Alexander and Viktor Linnik became direct owners of Miratorg

The owners of ABH Miratorg have excluded offshore companies from the chain of ownership, it follows from the data of SPARK-Interfax and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Now Alexander and Viktor Linnik own 50% of the authorized capital of the agro-industrial holding. Previously, they owned ABH Miratorg through the Cypriot offshore companies Agromir Limited (99.99%) and Saudade Enterprises Limited (0.01%), of which they were the beneficiaries.
The Linnik brothers founded the holding in 1995 and share senior positions in the company: Alexander Linnik is the chairman of the board of directors, Viktor Linnik is the president of the holding. ABH Miratorg’s revenue in 2021 amounted to 139 billion rubles. The structure of the holding includes grain companies, feed mills, elevators, pig breeding complexes, meat processing enterprises, kitchen factories (production of soft drinks, frozen vegetables and ready meals), and a distribution network.
The holding’s assets are located in 16 regions of Russia. Miratorg is one of the largest private landowners in Russia. According to BEFL, Miratorg owns 1.1 million hectares of land, which Forbes in 2021 (then the holding had 58,000 hectares less) estimated at 49.1 billion rubles.
