Cosmetics and perfume brands Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani will return to the Russian market, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reported. Therefore, they were excluded from the list of goods for parallel imports.
“Yes, these brands are included in the exceptions and, accordingly, parallel imports are not possible for them. This became possible due to the readiness of companies to resume deliveries of their products to Russia, ”the Ministry of Industry and Trade answered the question of RIA Novosti about the exclusion of the brands Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Kerastase from the list of goods for parallel imports. Changes made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to this list come into force three months after the publication of the new order.
Ministry of Industry and Trade turned on brands Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Kerastase on the parallel import list in early August. The department included them in the list, since the retail chains received an insufficient amount of their products.
