Last year (when it was already anxious, but everything was just beginning), the same program was called “Surprise for the Prima Donna.” Today, no prima donna. During the entire evening of “wonderful songs written by Soviet and Russian composers, which we have been listening to and singing with such pleasure for many years” (from the host’s entertainer), Pugacheva’s name was never uttered. But the audience clapped frantically, flooded the stage with flowers, and a good half of the spectators came to the concert of “popular songs of Soviet and Russian composers” with characteristic bouffant a la favorite singer …

Meanwhile, the song message from Kristina Orbakaite caused a tsunami of heated discussions. The hit melodism of the choruses immediately gets stuck in the tongue, but the most valuable thing in the verses is the verses, they are performed, as it were, on behalf of the hero of the occasion herself. Roll call “daughter-mother”.

Of course, I would like to get hold of a no less epic video clip for such a song canvas, but here, apparently, we will have to endure until better times. Now the song is accompanied by a skillfully assembled video sequence with an emphasis on the best moments of “that very concert” PostScriptum, romantic images of Christina and Alla, everything is performed in a sunny key and a positive mood, paradoxically not conflicting, but rather emphasizing the “optimistic tragedy” of the meanings inherent in the song .

The video also includes footage of a historic concert at the Yerevan stadium. “Razdan” in 1984, the first stadium show in the creative life of not only Pugacheva, but in general in the practice of the Soviet stage. The concert has long acquired legendary status. The spectacle, unprecedented and unheard of for the then Soviet reality, shocked the audience at the stadium, as well as moviegoers across the country, who first saw these shots in the revue film. “I came and I say”, published in 1985.

In addition to success, the film had all the “birth traumas” of Soviet cinema of that time – a faded picture, badly written sound. Enthusiasts in their field, video and sound engineers Dmitry Uspensky And Dmitry Kovalev, restored the film for Alla’s birthday last year, bringing the quality of the picture and sound to the very “world level” that the singer actually deserved, who always embodied this level. “MK” wrote about this work. It was to this tandem that Kristina Orbakaite entrusted the composition of the video sequence for the new song.

Unfortunately, the restored films (the renovation was also subjected to “The Woman Who Sings” 1979, the film even then brought the superstar Pugacheva the title of “Best Film Actress of the Year”, and itself became the “Best Film of the Year”) exist in single copies, one of which was presented to Alla Pugacheva in a special gift envelope.

The project is not “industrial”, only a select audience, who gathered last year for the festival, could enjoy it “Pugachev spring”, dedicated to the birthday of the singer.

“We don’t forget that one of Alla Pugacheva’s first steps on the big stage is connected precisely with Armenia, with her work, then still a young singer, in the jazz orchestra of the great musician Konstantin Orbelyan, and the concert at the Hrazdan stadium was a manifestation of the love of our audience to the great singer,” one of the “hit-makers” of the Northern Avenue in Yerevan told the MK correspondent …

In a conversation with MK on the occasion of the premiere, Kristina Orbakaite revealed the background of the birth of the song “Alla will sing”:

– First of all, this, of course, is my birthday present for my mother. But the song was waiting in the wings, and I am very glad that, thanks to this song, I have the opportunity to express not only my recognition and love to my mother, but also to the Woman who sang, sings and will sing – going on stage or not going out .

In our souls and hearts of people who love and appreciate her, she will always sing. Her creative heritage is a song that cannot be strangled or killed. It is immortal, it cannot be depersonalized, erased, forgotten.

There are such moments in my mother’s work, and in mine – songs that are waiting in the wings. There comes a certain moment when the song falls on time, like a spoon – to dinner. This song had already been around for some time, but either I wasn’t ready to sing it, or the stars didn’t converge like that … But now I was ready – both morally and professionally, and it boiled in my soul, in my heart.

– If we talk about professionalism, I can’t help but notice a curious feature of your evolution as a singer – in places you can literally hear Allina’s intonations, but it’s also clear that this is not a forced copying, which other singers, or even singers, sin, but something on the gene , apparently, the level …
