This night, November 29, the Bitcoin (BTC) rate exceeded $38 thousand and reached $38,390. This is a new annual high. The last time Bitcoin exceeded $38.28 thousand was in May 2022. Over the year, the cryptocurrency rate increased by almost 133%.
According to the platform Coinmarketcap at 11:30 Moscow time, the cost of Bitcoin was approximately $38,390. A year ago, in November 2022, Bitcoin was trading at $16,400. That is, an increase of 133% over the year. However, the historical maximum recorded on November 10, 2021 ($69 thousand) is still far away.
Since November 10, Bitcoin has been trading at $35,600–$38,200. The leader in growth is also the Solana (SOL) token (up 8.3% per day). Next comes Dogecoin (DOGE) – 4.5%, Cardano (ADA) – 3.5%, Tron (TRX) – 2.6%.
According to forecasts analysts, Bitcoin may fall slightly, to $35 thousand, but by the end of the year it will grow to a local maximum of $42–45 thousand. One of the growth factors may be the registration of a new Ethereum ETF by the BlackRock trust.
