Bitcoin price dropped to $62 thousand after record update – Kommersant

The Bitcoin exchange rate dropped to $62 thousand, as follows from trading data on the Binance exchange. By 11:22 p.m., the price of Bitcoin had dropped to $62,598.
On the evening of March 5, the bitcoin rate has reached absolute historical record, amounting to $69,210. The previous record was set on November 10, 2021 at $68,982.
The price of Bitcoin has been growing continuously since the end of January – on January 22 it was worth another $39,521. Then the cryptocurrency began to regularly update multi-month records. Among the reasons for the growth, experts cite regulatory relaxations adopted in January by the US Securities and Exchange Commission: it approved the country’s first bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
