The tariff for transporting Russian oil via the Unecha (Vysokoe)-Brody pipeline in the direction of Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic will increase to 215.78 rubles. per ton.
In December, Kommersant wrote that the Belarusian oil transport operator Gomeltransneft Druzhba sent a letter to Transneft. It talks about an increase in tariffs due to “unforeseen circumstances”, which led to a decrease in cargo turnover on transit routes by almost five times. Transneft told Kommersant that the parties agreed to set the tariff increase at 10.2%. Initially, the Belarusian side spoke of an increase of 14.5%.
