Dzhanaev signed a decree “on the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of events dedicated to the opening of the Vakhtangov House memorial and cultural center, which is a structural subdivision of the Moscow theater.

“Yesterday I took part in the first meeting of this organizing committee, which was created by the head of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Sergei Ivanovich Menyailo. The organizing committee included the vice-premier of the region, the head of Vladikavkaz, the regional minister of culture and many others, including your humble servant”

And already on Friday, at the first meeting of the Organizing Committee, it was decided to open the Vakhtangov House on April 30 next year. That is, in fact, in four months.

As Kirill Krok told MK, by this date, the Vakhtangovites will prepare a bright street performance for residents and guests of Vladikavkaz. In the city center, on the square in front of the Government House, where city events are always held, a large open stage will be assembled, equipped with light, sound and screens. And with the help of the artists of the Vakhtangov Theater, as well as invited friends, they will make a holiday for the residents of Vladikavkaz free of charge in honor of the opening of the Vakhtangov House. It is expected that at least 2.5 thousand spectators will come to the opening.

– And from the next day, our House will begin to receive the first guests. A museum zone will be opened, and in the evenings a chamber concert hall will start working, made on the principle of our Art Cafe on the Arbat, where Vakhtangov members, as well as creative teams from Vladikavkaz, will perform.
