Bank “Intesa” introduced a commission for depositing cash dollars and euros – Kommersant

Bank “Intesa” informedthat from August 1 will introduce a commission when depositing cash in dollars and euros. Since April, the bank has suspended the opening of new foreign currency accounts for individuals.

According to the information published on the website of the financial organization tariffs, a commission of 5% must be paid when replenishing an account up to 100 thousand dollars or euros. If the amount of replenishment is greater, the commission will be 10%. The commission will not apply only in case of repayment of a foreign currency loan.

Bank Intesa is a Russian subsidiary of the Italian group Intesa Sanpaolo. The size of the market capitalization of Intesa Sanpaolo at the end of March is €45 billion. According to this indicator, the Italian group ranks third among the largest banks in the eurozone.
