Analysts of the Avito Real Estate service noted that in 2022, one-room apartments (53.4% of the total market volume) were in the greatest demand for rent throughout Russia. Less popular were “kopeck pieces” (29.4%), studios (10.7%) and three-room apartments (6%).
According to Avito, the cost of renting one-room and two-room apartments in annual terms has risen in price by 26% and 25%, respectively. The most significant increase in rental prices was recorded in the segment of four-room apartments – over the year they have risen in price by 60%.
