Avito has completed redomiciliation from Sweden to Russia – Kommersant

The international company Avito Finance LLC is included in the register of participants in the special administrative region (SAR) in the Kaliningrad region, reports Interfax ATS data. The company’s press service informed the agency that it had completed the redomiciliation of Swedish Avito AB, and Avito Finance will become its legal successor.
Avito Finance is not yet listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The re-registration of Avito AB is the first known precedent for redomiciliation from Swedish jurisdiction.
Avito AB was the parent structure of KEH Ekommerts LLC, the main operating company of the Russian service. The redominated company will become a subsidiary of KEKH Ekommerts. From autumn 2022 the service belongs Kismet Capital Group.
