Restarting the Zaporozhye NPP is impossible due to the proximity of the contact line, said Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporizhzhya region. He also believes that power lines need to be restored before restarting.
“If we talk about the near future, I don’t see such a possibility until the lines of contact are pushed back, until the shelling by Zelensky’s militants stops,” Mr. Rogov said. TASS. ZNPP is the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. Russia took control of it at the end of February, at the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine.
