Apartments are not filling up with tenants // Rent prices continue to decline

[ad_1]

Despite recovering demand, prices for long-term rental housing are gradually declining. Negative dynamics continues in the largest regional markets of the country – in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The trend can be traced against the backdrop of a growing volume of supply: the number of available apartments increased by 70-86% over the year. Activity on the market is supported by tenants who have decided to move and failed home buyers who have decided to postpone transactions against the backdrop of rising mortgage prices or in anticipation of a further decrease in the cost of buying apartments.
