First Deputy Chairman of the Board of VTB Andrey Puchkov left the bank in connection with the transfer to another job, the press service of the credit institution reported. Mr. Puchkov has worked at VTB for over 20 years.
Throughout his career, he has served as deputy head of the legal department, head of this department, member of the board. In 2018, he was approved for the post of First Deputy President and Chairman of the Board. He worked with non-core and distressed assets of the group.
The day before the government put forward Andrey Puchkov and the head of VTB Andrey Kostin to the Supervisory Board of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC). The government decided to transfer USC to VTB’s trust management for five years. RBC informedthat Mr. Puchkov will head the USC.
