Andrei Smolyakov is in a very familiar environment. “Zhiguli” and police “Gaziki”, clothes from the eighties and, of course, the famous hat of Major Cherkasov. But this time the atmosphere on the set is much more sentimental, because all the Mosgaz participants are saying goodbye to the series.

The shooting of the final ninth season ended in Moscow the other day. Cherkasov and his team again unraveled a difficult case, searched for real villains among many suspects, spent a lot of time on the streets and even on the roofs of the city.

The star team of the project was joined by new actors, including well-known faces. Olga Lerman, Alexey Guskov, Andrey Merzlikin and Leonid Yarmolnik were spotted on the site. The latter got the role of an art swindler, which was a great gift for the actor, because, according to Leonid Isaakovich, he has many acquaintances who are well versed in the intricacies of the art market. In addition, the eighties for Yarmolnik are associated exclusively with good memories.

“There was so much work to do, so many things to fall in love with. There were wonderful films in which I starred. For me, the eighties are a time of hope, ”said the actor on the set.

The lead actor Andrei Smolyakov this time had to play Cherkasov in a difficult situation. Unlike the actor, the famous investigator is gradually turning into a veteran who they want to remove from business. But retiring, as it turns out, can also be very effective.
