And coal lasts longer than a century // Temporary rules for transportation at the Eastern landfill are gradually becoming permanent
[ad_1]
The government has decided to extend the temporary sequencing rules for transportation at the Eastern Range until the end of the year. Then they intend to return to the previous order – the rules of non-discriminatory access (NAP). Initially, the interim rules, unlike the PND, were aimed at increasing the export of non-coal cargo, but after they fixed the priority of export coal passing as part of the presidential order, the difference between the documents was greatly smoothed out. And since the IPA plans to take into account all the decisions enshrined in the interim rules, the documents will finally converge.
