Anatoly Kozlachkov recommended for appointment as head of the Association of Banks of Russia

Chairman of the Council of the Association of Banks of Russia (ADB) Anatoly Aksakov said that Anatoly Kozlachkov has been recommended for appointment as head of the association. He previously served as Vice President of ADB.

“Kozlachkov Anatoly Anatolyevich, he was vice-president, but not yet appointed, but recommended,” said Mr. Aksakov TASS.

ADB has been headed by Georgy Luntovsky since 2017. He died in March at the age of 73. Mr. Kozlachkov has also been working as Vice President of the ADB since 2017, overseeing the legal department. In 1994–2000 he worked at the Bank of Russia. The association’s website states that he took part in the development of the laws currently in force on the Central Bank, on banks and banking activities.
