Kirill Serebrennikov’s black-and-white indie drama “Summer,” about the beginning of Viktor Tsoi’s career, did not become a box office hit, but received a huge number of mostly positive reviews. It is quite possible that the film about Yuri Khoy and his group “Gaza Strip”, which is so awaited not only by the still existing fan community, but also by everyone who remembers this scandalous punk band, will also become a reason for excitement.

A biopic about Igor Talkov may appear in serial format. The project is rumored to be under development, and the series is said to be directed by Sergei Kalvarsky. If now Sergei is involved in television formats, then at the end of the last century he was known as a music video director and simply a prominent figure in show business. By the way, it was he who hosted the very concert in St. Petersburg during which Igor Talkov died.

Rumor has it that there is already a script for a series about the group “Hands Up!” No one really comments on the situation, but taking into account Sergei Zhukov’s television interests, such a project does not look fantastic.
