“All new buildings are distributed across 95 Moscow districts” – Kommersant FM

Kommersant FM columnist Svetlana Bardina talks about which areas within the Moscow Ring Road are leading in the number of primary real estate.

There are three times more metropolitan areas in which the implementation of new residential buildings began in 2023 than areas in which there was not a single premiere in a year. In total, within the old borders of Moscow, more than a thousand buildings are on display, containing more than 45 thousand apartments and apartments. All new buildings are distributed across 95 Moscow districts; construction has not started in only 30 locations.

Specialists from the BEST-Novostroy company and the bnMAP.pro platform calculated that the most significant number of new houses are concentrated in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo area – 23 objects. But in terms of the volume of supply in lots, the area with an indicator of 2.3 thousand options occupies only third place.

The leader in the total number of buildings and objects in implementation is the Danilovsky district. Here the exhibition is formed by 96 buildings and 2.6 thousand options. Approximately every 10th building of residential complexes under construction is located in the Danilovsky district. It is also in second place in terms of the number of houses put on the market in 2023. Sales of almost 20 buildings opened here, and the total supply volume in lots amounted to more than 2.5 thousand.

In third place in terms of the number of houses under construction, which added to the showcase of primary housing in 2023 within the old city boundaries, are two districts: Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Metrogorodok, with 11 objects each.
