Belov replaced founder Anton Cherepennikov in this post, who in July of this year died from cardiac arrest at the age of 40 years. Beginning in 2022, Belov held the position of first deputy and chief of staff of the general director. Before that, he headed the integrator company Talmer, which until 2022 was part of X Holding.
X Holding was founded in 2018. In September 2020, the company became part of UES Telecom, controlled by businessman Alisher Usmanov. In March 2022, Cherepennikov bought the company and left USM.
