AFK Sistema confirms purchase of Natura Siberica

Corporation AFK Sistema closed the acquisition of 100% of the Natura Siberica cosmetics group. About it reported in the press service of AFK “Systems”.

Natura Siberica was founded by Andrey Trubnikov in 2008 and the group includes five companies. It produces and sells cosmetics under the brands Natura Siberica, Grandmother Agafya’s Recipes, Agafya’s First Aid Kit, Organic Kitchen, Planeta Organica, etc. According to its own data, in 2022, the group’s revenue amounted to 10.2 billion rubles.
Trubnikov died in January 2021, after which a corporate and hereditary conflict began in the company. Her co-owner Irina Trubnikova, the businessman’s third wife Anastasia and her children, son Dmitry and daughter Ekaterina from their first marriage, and daughter Elizaveta from their second marriage participated in the asset division. At the beginning of 2022, the new CEO of Natura Siberica became former executive director AFK Sistema Felix Lieb, and his first wife and co-owner Irina Trubnikova as his adviser.
