According to him, all SJ100 aircraft will join the fleet of the Rossiya airline, which is part of the Aeroflot group, and the first two aircraft will arrive before the end of the year. MS-21 is intended for both Rossiya and Aeroflot itself, Alexandrovsky specified. The first aircraft are expected at the end of 2024. The possibility of concluding firm contracts for the supply of Tu-214 aircraft, according to him, is still being worked out.
In September 2022, at the Eastern Economic Forum, Aeroflot signed an agreement with the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) to supply 339 Russian-made aircraft. It was planned to sign firm contracts before the end of the year, but then they were not signed. The airline will receive 210 MS-21 aircraft, 89 SJ100 aircraft and 40 Tu-214 aircraft, the Aeroflot press service specified. Delivery time – 2023–2030. Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov noted then that the cost of the agreement exceeded 1 trillion rubles.
