Aeroflot Group and S7 will receive almost a billion from the “saved” subsidy for domestic flights

Rosaviatsia announced the results of an additional selection of airlines, which will transfer 3 billion rubles. from the previously saved subsidy for flights within Russia. As Kommersant was told in the press service of the department, 19 out of 21 carriers who sent applications to the department with requests for funds will receive additional funds. Applications of Rusline and Polar Airlines, which asked for 236 million rubles. and 79 thousand, respectively, were rejected. As a source in the Ministry of Transport explained to Kommersant, their documentation, according to preliminary data, was drawn up with errors.

Cost compensation program totaling 100 billion rubles. for domestic flights was valid from April to October. At the end of June, the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the conclusion of agreements for 96 billion rubles. More than half of this money (49.9 billion rubles) came from the Aeroflot group: 25.7 billion rubles. received Aeroflot itself, 13.9 billion rubles – Pobeda, Rossiya – 10.3 billion rubles. The second largest recipient was S7 (22 billion rubles). “Ural Airlines” under the agreement approved 8.9 billion rubles. Utair, together with its subsidiaries, was supposed to receive more than 7 billion rubles, but in mid-September 2.3 billion was deducted from the carrier. At the same time, the Federal Air Transport Agency revised the agreements of five more airlines, of which Alrosa and Yakutia lost the largest amounts. The total savings as a result exceeded 3 billion rubles.

As a result of the new selection, Aeroflot will receive the most funds, which requested 2.3 billion rubles: the airlines approved the allocation of 524 million rubles. “Victory” will transfer 243 million rubles. with an application of 1.1 billion, “Russia” – 174.7 million rubles. out of 792 million, S7 sent an application for 9.9 billion rubles, but will receive only 968 million. Ural Airlines agreed to 637 million rubles. of the requested funding for 2.8 billion rubles.

The total amount of distributed funds after the selection of applicants for savings increased to 99.9 billion rubles. RUB 91 billion already transferred to airlines, through September.

At the same time, according to Kommersant, Utair received most of the 4.6 billion provided for it, but did not fulfill the conditions of the subsidy. According to the statistics available to Kommersant, the carrier was unable to provide 60% of passenger traffic from the required minimum of 72%.
