Actor Ivan Krasko was hospitalized after he became ill, his assistant Daria Pashkova and his director Vyacheslav Smorodinov said. In January the actor moved stroke.
Mr. Smorodinov told the TV channel “Star”that the artist became ill at the dacha, he managed to call his son for help. He was taken to the Almazov National Medical Research Center. According to the director, Mr. Krasko has recently had speech problems. Mrs. Pashkova told RBCthat the actor complained “on the left side of the body.” “Now she does not work for him – an arm and a leg,” she explained.
Ivan Krasko was born on September 23, 1930 in the village of Vartemyaki, Leningrad Region. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1976), People’s Artist of the Russian Federation (1992). For more than 50 years he served in the Theater named after V. F. Komissarzhevskaya. He played in the films “The Prince and the Pauper” (1972), “Son of the Regiment” (1981), “Semyon Dezhnev” (1984), “Mr. Designer” (1988), “Hi, baby!” (2001), as well as in the series “Police Sergeant” (1974), “Young Russia” (1981-1982), “Master and Margarita” (2005) and others. Father of actor Andrei Krasko (1957–2006).
