Andre Brouwer was born on July 1, 1962 in Chicago. From 1993 to 1998, he played one of the main roles in the TV series “Homicide.” In 1998, he won the award for Best Actor in a Drama Series. In 1997 and 1998, he received Television Critics Association Awards for Individual Achievement.
