Video game developer Activision Blizzard to pay $35M to settle claims US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to employee misconduct disclosure violations, including sexual harassment. Between 2018 and 2021, Activision Blizzard experienced frequent instances of sexual harassment, employee harassment, and wage inequalities, the SEC said in a statement.
