Vladimir Gusakov, Managing Director for Relations with Issuers and Government Authorities, has been appointed head of the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA). Its current head, Mikhail Sukhov, will become an adviser to the agency’s board of directors. This was reported press office ACRA.
As follows from the message, Mikhail Sukhov left the post on his own initiative. He will serve as ACRA CEO until August 30. “We have succeeded in developing ACRA into a highly efficient institution that plays an important role in providing the financial market with high-quality credit expertise. My decision is connected with the achievement of my goals in business and administration and with the desire to focus at ACRA on more creative methodological and analytical areas,” the press service quotes Mr. Sukhov as saying.
Mikhail Sukhov has been heading ACRA since 2020. In 2012–2016, he was Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia, and in 2016–2018, Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of VTB.
Vladimir Gusakov has served as Managing Director of the Moscow Exchange for Issuer and Government Relations since 2013. Prior to that, since 2009, he was Vice President and Managing Director for Corporate Development of the Moscow Exchange.
