A moratorium on increasing rents for plots has been introduced in Dagestan

Resolution The introduction of a moratorium on increasing rental payments for land plots was signed by the Chairman of the Government of Dagestan Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov.
The document was adopted in order to ensure socio-economic stability in the republic, provide additional support to business entities, socially oriented NGOs and residents of the region, including against the backdrop of sanctions pressure, the government press service said in a statement.
The decision is aimed at providing assistance to land tenants and applies to legal relations that arose from January 1, 2023. It will be valid until December 31 this year.
