It is proposed to transfer advertising revenues in equal parts to the federal budget and special reserve funds of Roscosmos. It is expected that the income will be used to develop innovative space programs and projects.
The bill was introduced into the lower house on October 23. Its authors were senators Konstantin Dolgov and Pavel Tarakanov, as well as deputies from United Russia Denis Kravchenko, Maxim Topilin, Igor Igoshin, Sergei Boyarsky and others.
