The holding noted that on January 9, information was entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about the termination of the activities of PJSC Rosseti, as well as the companies Kuban Trunk Grids, Tomsk Trunk Grids, Far Eastern Energy Management Company – UNEG.
The authorized capital of the combined company amounted to 1.056 trillion rubles. or 2.113 trillion shares with a nominal value of 50 kopecks. Trading in FGC-Rosseti shares of the main issue will resume on January 11.
Federal Grid Company – Rosseti becomes the parent company of the Rosseti group of companies. Shares of other companies of the group were transferred to the balance of the united company.
The outstanding shares previously owned by Rosseti were transferred to the balance sheet of the combined company and amounted to a treasury stake of 6.65% of the authorized capital.
