“Yandex” announced about the intention to split the company into two parts on November 25. It is expected that the Dutch Yandex NV will withdraw from the shareholders of the group of companies and change its name. Most of the company’s services, including cloud services, will continue to operate in Russia. According to Kommersant’s sources, the foreign structure will abandon the Yandex brand.
Formerly “Children’s World” announced on the reorganization of the business from a public to a private company. The decision was made due to the difficulties experienced by foreign investors with voting at general meetings. “Child’s world” plans to redeem their shares on the Moscow Exchange in the amount of 3 billion rubles.
