Russian government approved new procedure for state accreditation of IT companies. The main condition is the revenue from IT activities at least 30%. By October 10, the Ministry of Digital Development will create a form for applying for accreditation at the State Services.

In order for not only large, but also small IT companies to be accredited, two options have been developed, explains Mintsifra.

According to first option:

the average salary of the company’s employees must not be lower than the average for the country or region;

profile IT-OKVED as the main one;

the company’s website should contain information about the organization’s activities in the field of IT.

Option two:

  • the company’s income is more than 1 million rubles;
  • at the same time, the organization must be the copyright holder of the software included in the register of Russian software and have income from the sale of rights to it;
  • profile IT-OKVED as the main one;
  • the company’s website should contain information about the organization’s activities in the field of IT;
  • the salary requirement is not taken into account in this option.

IT startups with no revenue also can get accreditation. “The Ministry of Digital Transformation will create a form at Gosuslug until October 10 to apply for accreditation,” the ministry said.
