As follows from the report, 99.54% of O2O Holding is owned by Ekom Tekhnologii JSC, another 0.46% is owned by Ekom Investments LLC. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Mitroshenkov owns 10.86% in Ekom Investments, and Yaroslav Cherednikov owns 7.23%. Legal entities were created in August last year, the newspaper notes.
O2O Holding VK and Sber were created in 2019, the companies owned 45% each, another 10% are intended for employee remuneration. In March 2021, the Financial Times reported that the companies were “on the brink of a divorce.” Since then, the shareholders announced the closure of the Citymobil taxi aggregator, sold the service to the St. Petersburg-based Trans-mission, which owns the Gruzovichkof and Taxovichkof services, and unsuccessfully tried to find a buyer for the Kitchen on the District.
