According to the prosecution, in nine episodes of fraud committed with the participation of Globalelectroservice OJSC, Inteks LLC, OZK OJSC and Stroynovatsiya LLC, the brothers stole more than 11 billion rubles, including funds allocated for the reconstruction of the Kaliningrad airport Khrabrovo, the construction of the Kyzyl-Kuragino railway line, for the conclusion of “imaginary” OZK deals with the Newbay Investments LP company controlled by the OPS participants, as well as the supply of equipment for the Vasileostrovskaya substation in St. Petersburg and Neryungrinskaya GRES. The judges also recognized as proven the participation of the defendants in the theft of 2.1 billion rubles. when carrying out engineering work for the construction of the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg and 752 million rubles for the Kaliningrad stadium in the regional center of the same name.
